Objective
: Reposition their brand to demonstrate a visible shift towards customer-centricity.

Challenge: To create a unified culture in a global and complex organization that had faced rapid growth and operated in 65 countries.

Creative Solution: We took Vestas’ new business approach ‘customer centricity’ and expressed this into a fully integrated plan, in a global and regional campaign. The essence of the campaign centred on ‘this turbine is for you’. Executed in press, print, digital banners, DM and Intranet sites, and then adapted the global campaign to regionally specific.

Media: Press, Outdoor, Digital banners MPU and Leaderboard, and Direct Marketing Box which provided the recipient with product information tailored to the customer.
