This is Julian Borra
Creative Director

Julian started his career at a small below the line agency called Marketing Triangle playing with the creative train set - everything from brochures and consumer experiences for the likes of Fisher Price to print work and sales promotions ideas for Cadburys, Coca Cola and Golden Wonder.

He then moved to head up creative at the new Leo Burnett Integrated Agency with Andy King developing advertising and promotions in the UK and worldwide for the likes of Philip Morris and 7 Up (launching the Fido Dido campaign in the UK with the first ambient graffiti poster underground campaign) as well as re-launching the NatWest On-line youth account from card design to ads as well developing new point to point carrier materials for Cathay Pacific, London – Hong Kong.

Transferred to Leo’s main agency and took up a role as a Creative Group Head working on Kelloggs, P&G, McVities and McDonalds, and United Airlines.

Promoted to the Board and made a Creative Director, developing campaigns in the UK and globally for the likes of Marlboro Classics, Kelloggs, Pepto Bismol, Vidal Sassoon Vicks and Churchill Insurance.

Julian then went on to be a Managing Partner in his own agency, Elliott Borra Perlmutter, for 9 years, taking Churchill with him, and subsequently winning and developing work for Alitalia UK & Europe, the Hallmark Channel, Associated New Media, Pretty Polly and Heart FM (taking them from rank outsider to No1 radio station in London, beating capital FM with a quarter of the spend). The agency was reversed into the Saatchi group in 2006 bringing Julian’s extensive creative and management experience across most sectors and channel disciplines to Team Saatchi.
